Hi, I am Zella.
I was born and raised in New Zealand, before travelling half way around the world to live in the United Kingdom.
My passion is writing and drawing for my three children. I have written them many stories featuring great big explosions, pink spotty hair and witches.
An Elephant for Breakfast is my first published novel (you can scroll down to find out a bit more).
There is a sequel set in Africa which is not yet published. I also have a new series called 'The Lost Art of Time Travel' and, since lockdown, I have started writing a story called 'Pinky and the Pangolin'.
I founded a charity called Tale2Tail, which creates education packs for schools and children. It aims to stop the slaughter of endangered wildlife within a generation.
I love drawing animals, and think that the world is a better place when we share it with so many wonderful creatures.
